Noel-CainNoel Cain

Noel works with clients on both debt and equity financing along with loan workouts where he steps in on behalf of both parties when a deal or a loan might be going south.   Now he does this for all commercial property types, but his specialty and his passion is in Self Storage.  He is a master at underwriting and cash flow modeling and he’s one of those rare “finance guys” that also knows the due diligence and site analysis process backwards and forwards.

So through the years, Noel has spent time in loan origination and credit underwriting positions at LaSalle Bank and Dominion Bond Rating Service and He earned his bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin and is a member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.

That’s the formal bio – the informal – is that he’s the SBA Rock Star and if he can’t get an SBA loan done, than nobody can.
